Delivery Information
Shipping is applicable to handy services or products only. Shipping may include Installation services as well.
Shipping within Nigeria: All orders are processed within 2-7 business days.
African Shipping: All orders are processed within 4-21 business days depending on the location of the Vendor or seller.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays of the recipient country. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
Dispatch Time : Orders are usually dispatched within 2-7 business days of payment of order.
Our Shop operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the shop will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address : For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping : Talledge will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
Items Out Of Stock : If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
Delivery Time Exceeded :If delivery time has exceeded the estimated time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications : Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit : If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
Sales Tax : Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
Import Duties & Taxes : Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country
Cancellations : If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Insurance : Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Process for parcel damaged in-transit : We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Process for parcel lost in-transit : We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

USE OF PRODUCT
i. Soft Product e.g. Software : Permission is granted to access a software service. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Talledge's website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Talledge at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
ii. Handy Product e.g Top Signage, Branded Stationaries. Handy products are products can be touched. These products require shipping and sometimes installation at locations.
Where physical installation is required, an extra charge called Installation are added to make-up the shipping fees, these Installation charge also varies based on location.
Limitations : In no event shall Talledge or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services on Talledge's websites.
Accuracy of materials : The materials appearing on Talledge website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Talledge does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Talledge may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Talledge does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Links : Talledge has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Talledge of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Modifications : Talledge may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
Governing Law : These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and other Laws by extension and association with our vendors and sellers and so you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
RETURN
Return Due To Change Of Mind : Talledge will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received within 48 hours of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. This does not apply to soft services and hand services but to non-custom Products. Non- Custom Products are products that was not branded or tailored to customers' specific requirement.
Return should be delivered at any of our fulfillment center by the customer.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
Talledge will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Warranty Returns
Talledge will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 60 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Talledge to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
